past mixes (just because they’re older doesn’t mean they don’t sound great) Music is timeless.

The Underground Beat House Mix NEW!!
MY FAVORITE MIX- (only 30 minutes): downtempo, jazz, funk, beatbox, reggae and an old MC 900 ft. Jesus track! Just the mix without all the radio stuff. listen to the actual radio show: NEW JWDJ on Illfonix Radio on Jazz 88.3 in San Diego , CA
JWDJ May 2002 house: This is a new upload of a mix CD I recorded years ago but never released. I recently ripped an .aif file from the CD so I could replace several of the records on it that were lost.
The two house mixes were recorded at the end of Summer 2006: Short Summer – House, vocal, garage, New Jersey sound: This was names for the summery vibe of the songs after tracks 1 and 2. I imagine an early-morning afterhours set where we go from darker sounds to stuff that sounds great as the sun comes up.
Ridin’ – House, vocal, deep: This was named after the amazing Carl Craig remix of Amp Fiddler’s Ridin’ which starts off the set .
3THW 100% Mix (March 2008)– downtempo, house, breaks, dub, hip-hop, Latin: This is a promo mix CD that my partners in threethahardway and I released to celebrate our 25th show (it’s a monthly event here in SD). My section is the last 22 minutes. Soon I’ll post the entire hour-long mix which turned out great and should be heard in its entirety too!
Middle Section v1 – down.mid-tempo Middle Section v2 down.mid-tempoMad Tempos 1- weekend party style Mad Tempos 1- weekend party style These mixes feature the current electro, house, bassline, hip-house etc
Sonic Scuplture 1 a little distorted but still has some good tunes on it.
(2007): 3000 Souls futuristic, soul/house
Another sampling of the styles I play at 3THW. Up Bustle & Out, J-Boogie, Super Unloader, Mr. V and much more.
Basement Devil – mixed styles Captivator – hip-hop/funk/wierd/dt Deep Mix 2006 –
In Summer 2006 I decided too much time had passed since I recorded a mix. The last one before this was 4th Hangover below.
Fourth Hangover – vocal house/deep/garage I recorded this when I lived in LA in 2001 with a severe hangover while Terence Toy, his son Noah and our friend Derrik (an amazing cook) prepared a 4th of July feast. It was the worst hangover I’ve had, but recording the mix helped me forget.
Game of Love – house My first mix CD after quite a few years of recording mix tapes
Falling 2 – house/tech A full 2 hour set of house, from dub-style, mellow (with the voice of Joe Dukie of Fat Freddie’s Drop to start) to the harder sounds of Peace Division at the end of part 2. A good representation of how I play an entire night–all crammed into 2 hours of course.
Rhythm and Blue – downtempo/soul/mid
Rhythm Thing – downtempo/soul/mid These were both demo mixes for clubs I did. They feature mid-tempo, soul, funk, hip-hop, some dub and other stuff. there is some good shit on these two mixes. My favorite has to be Storm by Cut Chemist on Rhythm and Blue.
Slow and Low downtempo This has been the mix that I’ve heard the most good feedback from. Everyone seems to like it.
Time for Change – mixed styles When I worked at BPM in LA I would get so many free promo records I just started recording and mixing with all of the new records when I would get home. This was one of the good ones.
Brokenbeat Live – hip/hop/dt/wierd A live set at brokenbeat @ Kadan in San Diego. Another event I love to play because I can play any style I want.
Hobotech Blues Bash Warehouse party.
