Upcoming Events July-August

This Saturday July 24th I’ll be playing a 2 hour set at the 9th Annual Miscellaneous Heathens party and procession at Dusty Rhodes Park in Ocean Beach. This is a free outdoor party from 2-10pm. Dusty Rhodes park is the big park you see on the right from Sunset Cliffs Blvd. as you enter OB. Come out and let your freak flag fly. Afterall Comic-con is sold out and this party is outside and did I mention free so it’s a win-win for all of us.

This Sunday July 25th I’ll be celebrating my 40th birthday (actually on July 27th) at my regular gig at The Pearl Hotel. Brunch starts at 10am and goes until 2pm. I’ll start the music at 11:30 and we go as long as 5pm if people stay and drink. So come over and try something new. The food is excellent and it will be a wind-down session for Comic-Con so there will probably be a few nerds in the pool. Come hang out with me at the bar and ask me annoying questions about what kind of equipment I use and how many mp3s I own.

After that I’ll be at Hive Sushi on Thursday July 29th from 7pm-10pm. They stay open until midnight (and have happy hour prices until midnight as well) so if you come in and want to stay we can rock out until midnight.

Uh oh, Dragon Lounge again on Saturday August 14th. This time it’s Dub Dragon. I played there in January and it was a blast. I think many people forgot that I love to play breaks. I also love this party and I love some DUB influence in my breaks and drum n bass!
